  Ceilings, walls, floors, stairways, railings, windows, doors, cabinets, counters, built-in appliances, fireplaces, and flues where visible. Attic insulation and ventilation.
   

• GENERAL EXTERIOR
  Walls, trim, driveway, garage, grading, walks, steps, porches, decks, chimney.
   

• ROOF
  Roof coverings, flashing, valleys, gutters, downspouts.

• Building code compliance

• Environment  issues (e.g., carcinogens, mold, etc.)

• Underground equipment (e.g., oil tanks, lawn irrigation systems, etc.)

• Flood-plain determination

• Swimming pools, hot-tubs, whirlpools, saunas

The purpose of a home inspection is to help buyers make informed decisions regarding the general condition of a home prior to purchase. We encourage our clients to attend the inspection. Relevant observations are explained along the way and questions are welcomed. A written list of material defects is available on-site, upon request.
